The first post discussed was by Paul Dube. Paul wrote:
“So I’m home and I keep seeing the occasional moth. Not wanting to deal with it after work I start seeing a few more as the days went on. Finally I Poke around and find the angoumois grain moth cocoons in a cabinet. Start looking for the infested product and I find a confused flour beetle also. Anyone else have these days? Just can’t get away from work.”

Jerry shared a story, where he didn’t have the heart to kill a captured mouse.
Bryan admitted to “bringing work home” on several occasions.

Next up, Jerry and Bryan talked about an article shared by Brett Lieberman titled, “How Rachel Carson Cost Millions of People Their Lives”.

You can find the article here: How Rachel Carson cost millions of people their lives

Jerry wrote an article titled “DDT Did You Know?” You can find it here:

The last post mentioned was written by Johnny Runyon. Johnny brought up service windows and how customers often misunderstand arrival times.

Jerry recommended implementing a service charge to help customers understand our time is valuable.

Until next week, take care!
