No such thing as a ‘termite bond’
A bond is referred to as a binding contract of course but it is money that is set aside (or partial monies in some cases) for a specific person or contract. In other words if I go to jail and you put up a bail or a bond, that money is set aside specifically for my circumstance and no other.
