I ‘scene’ it doing pest control

I love pest control because of the daily adventure into all of the different aspects of life. I mean you get to see things that not many other professions allow for. How things are made, beautiful homes, sickening gross scenes and the amazing ingenuity of pests as they find the damnedest ways to infest our homes and businesses.

From sewer tunnels to Aero Space clean rooms I think I’ve seen just about everything but just when I say that, tomorrow will always be filled with surprises and exciting new things. Maybe it will be termites tunneling up through a hollow metal broom stick or a roach on the inside screen of an old projection TV, (Ok that would make that twice I’ve seen this and it doesn’t include the Orkin commercial). How bout a new account where they make plastic trash bags and you’re standing in the middle of miles of plastic sheeting flying over your head. It could be anything on a daily basis and that’s why I think pest control is one of the best jobs going. I’ve got a lot of funny and amazing pics from the route on my Facebook page and I wish I had a camera for so much more I’ve witnessed over the years, I’ll bet you wish the same.

For fun why not share a thing or two of what you’ve seen in the comment section and if you have a pic all the better. You can hook up with my group on Facebook which is pestcemetery.com where it’s easy to add photos and stories or simply send em here via the upload feature on Ask The Bug Doctor and I’ll post them. I’d love to hear all the things you’ve seen whether they’re gross, amazing, bizarre, beautiful or astonishing. It’s an amazing world to say the least and I for one am glad to be in the pest control profession where I get to have a taste of it every single day.
