Hard because results aren't very good. There is a trap I found on line that may have some promise but it is expensive. If I were you I'd look at the pic and build a replica myself. It doesn't look difficult and I'm not sure if it comes with a 'lure'(there is no lure that I've heard of since they eat blood) The paper bag idea may work for awhile but nothing sustained. It may be enough to keep your childrens mind at ease o they can enjoy the pool. Make sure you draw a dark spot at the bottom to replicate the nest entry. I've heard mixed results with the bag and I do a lot of horse farms in my area and believe me we have tried many different things.
